- Collaborated closely with the Cybersecurity team at BDT to deploy secure SSO, MFA, IAM, and MDM configurations across Azure, EntraID, Intune, and enterprise SaaS platforms. Regularly escalated and triaged security incidents, contributing to a stronger security posture.
- Diagnosed and scripted a solution that restored over 55 compromised devices, resolving a hardware-level issue and saving the organization over $60k in replacement costs while preventing significant downtime.
